Meet The Team

Owner & Founder
Lauren Sokayev
Meet Lauren
Lauren is the proud Owner of Lagree Haus and a passionate Lagree Fitness Instructor. With an active lifestyle rooted in sports and cheerleading during her high school years, she discovered her true passion for fitness and health in college. It was when she lived in Florida that she fell in love with the Lagree method, realizing its incredible potential to transform lives.
Now back in Massachusetts, Lauren is thrilled to share her passion by opening a Lagree fitness studio. Her mission is to create a welcoming community where everyone can experience the joy and benefits of Lagree.
Her Favorite Lagree move? "The single leg squat! This is an excellent exercise that builds strength in the glutes, quads, and hamstrings while enhancing balance and stability."

Maegan Rose
Meet Maegan
Maegan is a dedicated Lagree Trainer and Studio Manager with a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. Growing up active, she developed a strong foundation in athleticism, but it’s her recent journey into fitness that truly ignited her enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle. As she embraces her new role, Maegan is excited to inspire others on their fitness journeys through the Lagree method.
Her Favorite Lagree move? "The Mega Donkey Kick! The Mega Donkey Kick is an excellent exercise for building strength and stability in the glutes, core, and lower back. It effectively targets multiple muscle groups while enhancing overall body control and balance."

Lagree Trainer
Chelsea
Meet Chelsea
Chelsea has always had a passion for fitness, growing up as an athlete and playing basketball in college. After discovering Lagree, she found a new approach to fitness that not only improved her physical endurance and helped heal past injuries but also became therapeutic for her.
Lagree challenges her both mentally and physically, offering the perfect balance of strength and recovery. It has been huge help to her mental health, and she's so grateful for the supportive and uplifting Lagree Haus community.
Her Favorite Lagree move? "Skaters! This may be a controversial one, but my favorite day in the gym is leg day, specifically squats. Keeping yourself in a constant squat while extending one of your legs while keeping your weight cantered really gets your quads burning like I've never felt before."

Lagree Trainer
Lindsey Cunha
Meet Lindsey
Lindsey has been passionate about fitness from a young age, starting as a competitive dancer and later studying dance throughout college, to now teaching dance and Lagree! She loves Lagree for its perfect blend of strength and endurance training, which has led to incredible physical changes and significant mental stress.
Her Favorite Lagree move? "Mega Burpees! This full-body workout challenges me to push past limits and always leaves me feeling stronger."

Lagree Trainer
Vitoria Forte
Meet Vitoria
Vitoria's passion for fitness began right after high school, when she started exploring a variety of movement styles—including weightlifting, cycling, yoga, and mat Pilates. Her journey has been deeply shaped by her background as a registered nurse, where she developed a strong understanding of health, wellness, and the human body.
When Vitoria discovered Lagree, she immediately fell in love with its unique approach—combining the Megaformer with slow, intentional movement that challenges both the muscles and the mind. Fitness has always been a therapeutic outlet for her, a way to connect with her body and reset. Becoming an instructor felt like a natural next step, driven by her desire to help others experience the same strength, confidence, and balance she found through movement.
Her Favorite Lagree move? “The Giant Super Crunch. It targets the abdominals beautifully and puts a fun twist on a classic crunch—it’s always a crowd favorite in my classes.”

Lagree Trainer
Ali Couto
Meet Ali
Ali has been a lifelong fitness lover! She grew up cheerleading, where she discovered her passion for strength, precision, and team energy. She instantly fell in love with the Lagree method for its perfect mix of challenge and fun-pushing both body and mind every time she steps on the Megaformer.
In class, you can expect high energy, motivating playlists, and the most supportive vibes that'll leave you feeling stronger and inspired after every session.
Her Favorite Lagree move? "Scrambled eggs! It's all about working those obliques while using balance and control for the ultimate mind-body connection."

Lagree Trainer
Madison Rapoza
Meet Madison
Madison fell in love with Lagree for the strong sense of community it creates—where every class challenges you in the best way possible. She’s drawn to how Lagree pushes her to grow stronger both mentally and physically, leaving her feeling empowered long after class ends.
With a background in running, lifting, and HIIT, movement has always been a huge part of Madison’s life. For her, fitness is more than just a workout—it’s a way to reset her mind, relieve stress, and connect with others through shared effort and energy.
Her Favorite Lagree move? “The Twister. It’s definitely a love-hate relationship, but nothing targets the obliques quite like it—it’s an absolute killer!”

Lagree Trainer
Victoria Stockbarger
Meet Victoria
Victoria grew up dancing and swimming, but it wasn’t until her teenage years that she truly began exploring fitness. She’s tried just about everything—weightlifting, CrossFit, Zumba, barre—but nothing ever fully clicked. Many workouts felt either too high-impact or simply not effective enough. Then she discovered Lagree—and everything changed. She fell in love with how it challenges both the body and the mind, while still leaving her feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished after every class. And of course, it’s the Lagree Haus community that keeps her coming back for more.
Her Favorite Lagree move? “The single-leg squat. That deep squat paired with slow, controlled movement seriously activates the glutes—it’s a game changer.”
