Studio Policies

Lagree Haus Studio Policies

At Lagree Haus, our mission is to create a supportive, empowering environment where clients can show up consistently and become the strongest version of themselves. In order to protect the experience of our community and support the continued growth of our studio, we ask that all clients review and respect the following policies.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Effective immediately, Lagree Haus enforces a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes.

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their session at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without canceling (no-show) will also result in a $15 fee.

Because class sizes are limited, late cancellations prevent other clients from booking a spot. This policy helps ensure fairness, accountability, and availability for all members of our community.

Grip Sock Policy

 

For the safety and cleanliness of our studio, grip socks are required for all clients while using the MegaPro Lagree Fitness equipment. Grip socks help prevent slipping, provide stability during movement, and ensure a safe experience for everyone in class.

Clients may:

  • Bring their own grip socks

  • Purchase grip socks in-studio prior to class

Clients without grip socks will not be permitted to take class.

New Client Arrival Policy

 

To ensure the safety and confidence of every client, all first-time guests are required to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to class start time.

This time allows our instructors to:

  • Introduce you to the Lagree Method

  • Walk you through the MegaPro machine

  • Review proper form and safety guidelines

  • Answer any questions before class begins

 

Because Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact method performed on specialized equipment, proper instruction before class is essential for safety. If a new client arrives at or after the scheduled class start time, they will be asked to reschedule for a future class. This policy ensures that every client receives the proper introduction needed to safely and confidently participate. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety, education, and an exceptional experience for our entire community.
